Project THE X
Project THE X is the AI co-pilot every Meta media-buying team should have. Type a project, brand, product or service name and the dashboard reads the web on its own, designs the audiences, writes ads in the language you pick, and builds the whole campaign in Meta — campaign paused, ad sets and ads active, so the moment you flip it live in Ads Manager every test starts running. After launch you get real lead-quality scoring from your Zoho or Google Sheets CRM, monthly budget tracking with overrun alerts, winners-vs-bleeders signal cards on the Insights view, Telegram alerts when something needs you, clean reports for the client, private locked channels for sensitive work, and a dashboard your admin can tailor section-by-section.
Currently serving the Egyptian market only. Pricing in EGP · phone & WhatsApp support in Arabic + English · launches optimised for Egyptian ad accounts and audiences. Other markets coming later.
Everything you need to plan, launch and watch over a Facebook / Instagram campaign — without the spreadsheet juggling.
01
Type a project, brand, product, service, SaaS app, course, restaurant — anything you'd advertise — and the dashboard reads its website on its own. Price, plan, what makes it special, location, the lot. A minute later it shows you what it found in a clean summary so you can correct anything before it builds the campaign.
02
Once the dashboard shows you what it learned, you get a text box right there to add notes, fix anything wrong, or steer the campaign in a different direction ("focus on families, not investors"). Whatever you write becomes the most important brief — the rest of the campaign is built around your words.
03
Drop your images in and pick the language — Egyptian Arabic, MSA, Khaleeji, Levantine, English, French, Spanish, German, Turkish, Urdu, Hindi. The dashboard writes a different headline and ad text for every image in that one language. A sea-view shot gets sea-view copy, an interior gets finishes copy. No cringe phrases, no code-mixing, no two ads saying the same thing.
04
You see the list of audiences saved in your Meta ad account and choose what to use — all of them, only the lookalike ones, a hand-picked few, or none if you'd rather start cold. The dashboard then builds 3 to 6 different audience tests inside the campaign so you can see which one actually brings the leads.
05
Before the campaign is built you say how many you want — 1, 2 or 3. Each one is structured differently (different audiences, different angles), so when you launch them side-by-side you actually learn what works instead of running near-copies.
06
The dashboard builds the campaign, the audiences, every ad and the lead form right inside Meta. The campaign itself ships paused so nothing goes live without you, but the ad sets and ads underneath are already active — the second you flip the campaign on in Ads Manager (or approve it in QA) every test starts running.
07
Connect Zoho CRM or a Google Sheet and the dashboard reads your team's lead status — Potential, Hot, Junk, Won, whatever your sheet looks like. It figures out your columns automatically (even when several have the same name), and shows you which campaign actually brings buyers vs. which one just brings phone numbers.
08
Set a monthly cap per client; the dashboard sums spend across every linked ad account and pings your phone on Telegram the moment usage crosses 85% (or whatever threshold you set) — plus an overrun alert when it goes past the cap. Same channel surfaces cost-per-lead climbing, no leads for a day, zero funds or stuck invoices on the ad account. Whole team in the loop without giving everyone Meta access.
09
One-click reports that combine the Meta numbers (spend, clicks, leads) with your real lead quality from Zoho / Sheets, broken out per campaign, per source, per salesperson, or day-by-day. Ready to send.
10
Every campaign the dashboard launches is named with your agency's initials and the team-member who launched it, right at the start — so you can always tell at a glance who built what, even when you're looking at a client's Ads Manager months later.
11
Pick which sections your team actually uses on signup — campaigns, reports, lead feedback, alerts, knowledge base, team chat — and the sidebar shows only those. New agency members inherit the same set, and the admin can re-tailor at any time from the Agency Profile page.
12
Team chat now ships with lockable channels: open a channel, set a password, and only teammates with the password can read or post. The password is hashed on the server — never visible — and unlocks per session, so a stolen laptop doesn't expose months of client conversations.
13
Pick the brain that fits your team. Project THE X Runner is a desktop app installed on one of your machines — the dashboard sends jobs to it and your own Claude Code subscription pays for them, so nothing crosses your firewall. Prefer no install? Paste an OpenRouter API key in Settings and the server calls your account directly (Sonar Pro, Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini — every model with web search). Per-user, switch any time.
14
The Insights view doesn't just mirror Meta Ads Manager. Every campaign gets bucketed into Winning, Bleeding, Watch list, or Idle — computed against THIS account's own median CPL, so what counts as "winning" adapts per vertical without any configuration. Tells you what to scale, pause, or wake up today.
15
The Project THE X Blog publishes short, field-tested pieces on AI media buying, lookalike strategy, lead-quality feedback loops, and creative testing. Written by the team that runs accounts every day, not by content marketers.
Project THE X plugs into the platforms your team already lives in. Connect once per agency or per client — the dashboard handles tokens, refreshes, and per-section permissions for you.
Direct Graph API integration — campaign + ad-set + ad creation, per-account insights, lead-form sync, custom audiences + lookalikes, balance / status checks. Per-user OAuth, no shared keys.
MandatoryPer-client OAuth into your Zoho org. Lead status, sub-status, source, campaign, owner — auto-detected even when your custom fields are in Arabic. Resumable pagination for tenants with tens of thousands of leads.
Lead feedbackPer-client OAuth into Drive + Sheets. Multi-tab combine, header-row auto-detection in English + Arabic, smart status classifier with one-click bucket mapping. Works on any Sheet, no add-on install needed.
Lead feedbackThe first AI option: install the Project THE X Runner desktop app once, sign in with your Anthropic Claude Code subscription, and every AI job your team triggers runs locally on your machine using your own usage quota.
AI source · per userThe second AI option. Paste an OpenRouter API key in Settings → AI Source and the platform calls your account directly. Pick from Perplexity Sonar, Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, Llama — every model with web search support.
AI source · per userOne bot covers the whole agency — every teammate gets alerts in the same chat group. Set thresholds for CPL drift, no-leads, low balance, account disabled, and monthly budget overrun. Custom rules supported.
AlertsFive short steps from "I want to launch" to "this is live on Meta". You're in control the whole way — nothing goes live until you press the button in Meta.
Drop the photos you want to advertise with (or pick from your saved-image library), then type the request — for example, "Launch the new Marassi campaign for Egyptian families, 50K EGP budget." The dashboard won't take the request until at least one image is in.
It pulls the project's details from the official site — price, payment plan, location, what makes it special. Then it shows you the brief in plain bullet points and gives you a text box: add anything missing, fix anything wrong, or steer the angle. Your notes win.
Choose your audiences from your saved Meta list (all, lookalikes only, a hand-picked few, or none) and say whether you want 1, 2 or 3 campaigns side-by-side. Then a couple of quick questions: which client, which ad account, what budget. About 30 seconds of clicks.
The dashboard plans the audiences, writes a different ad for each image, uploads the creatives, builds the lead form and sets up every ad inside Meta — all paused. You see live progress as each step finishes.
Open the campaign in Meta's own Ads Manager, give it your final once-over, and turn it on. From there the dashboard checks the numbers every hour. Cost per lead climbing? No leads for a day? Budget about to run out? You'll know on Telegram. Connect Zoho or a Google Sheet and you'll also see which audiences actually bring buyers, not just leads.
Two simple parts: one fee to get started, then a regular fee to keep using it. Both are quoted in writing before you start — no surprises later.
Part one
A single fee, paid up front, to provision your workspace. Self-serve from there — same flow as signing up for any other tool you use.
Part two
A regular monthly fee — sized to how many people use it, how many campaigns you run, and which add-ons you need.
You'll see both numbers in writing before anything starts — no surprise invoices.
Tell us a bit about your team and we'll send you a written quote — both numbers, no surprises. Usually within one business day.
